Fourteen years ago, my life shattered in an instant. A painful breakup left me face to face with my own anger, shame, and confusion. In that darkness, I found a small Zen center in Indianapolis. There, I learned to do one thing: sit. Sit with my thoughts, my pain, and eventually - my truth.

Through stillness, I realized she didn’t leave because she didn’t care. She left because I wasn’t showing up as the man I wanted to be. Forgiveness followed, then ownership. That moment became the beginning of a lifelong practice of growth, awareness, and integrity.

Sky Path was born from that journey. It’s about guiding others to find their truth, face what’s real, and take aligned action toward a life of clarity, discipline, and purpose. I’ve fallen, failed, learned, and risen countless times, and each step has taught me how to lead others through their own transformation.

My coaching blends mindfulness and masculine accountability, by helping people strengthen their presence, purpose, and follow-through. Whether you’re navigating pain, seeking direction in your career, or wanting to lead more powerfully at home, Pure Focus provides the tools to anchor down and take the next step forward.
