Discovery Call
I offer a complimentary 15–30 minute discovery call designed to answer your questions, explore your goals, and ensure we’re a great fit. This call gives you a preview of my coaching style and helps clarify whether the 7-week one-on-one coaching program is right for you. Below are a few sample questions you might consider asking during our time together
Sample questions before our call.
What is your coaching philosophy or method?
I believe we all carry pieces of our past that shape how we see ourselves. Sometimes those experiences create hidden blocks that limit our potential. My coaching helps uncover and understand those patterns so they can be transformed into strength. Growth often begins in discomfort, and through that process, we discover clarity, confidence, and our true potential.
How do your sessions usually flow, and what’s expected between sessions?
Each week has a set agenda and dedicated time, creating the structure and balance needed to support your personal growth. In our sessions, we’ll focus on what you truly want in life and make sure your goals reflect what matters most to you. Together, we’ll break those goals into steps, set healthy boundaries, and get to know the inner critic that sometimes stands in the way. Between sessions, you’ll have a worksheet to help you reflect and stay intentional, while I’m here to guide, support, and help you stay aligned with your values and the vision you’re creating.
What boundaries or ethics guide your coaching practice?
Authenticity is at the core of my coaching practice. I believe real growth begins when we can show up as our true selves, without pretense or judgment. I’m COMMITTED to creating a space built on honesty, trust, and mutual respect - where you feel seen, and supported. Confidentiality is a key part of that safety. Everything shared in our sessions remains private. I hold myself to high ethical and professional standards so you can feel confident that our work together is grounded in integrity and genuine care.
Can you describe your ideal coaching client—and one who’s not a good fit?
My ideal client is someone ready to look inward with honesty and curiosity and is open to self-reflection. They take ownership of their story, recognizing their past without blaming others, and are willing to move forward with accountability and purpose. Coaching may not be the right fit for someone seeking quick fixes or unwilling to engage deeply in the process, as true change takes openness, effort, and trust.
What certifications or training do you have, and how do you keep developing yourself?
I’ve completed Zarvos Leadership and Training and hold a Life Coaching Certificate through the Transformational Life Coaching Program, where I continue my studies. I also serve as a trained group leader and facilitator with Arka Brotherhood, supporting men in building lives of integrity and accountability. Ongoing growth is essential to me. I regularly read, meditate, attend retreats, and challenge myself to move beyond complacency so I can keep evolving personally and professionally.
What’s your pricing, scheduling, and cancellation policy?
My coaching program is a 7-week journey designed for true transformation. It includes 15 guides — seven focused on the philosophy and process behind the work, and eight weekly worksheets that help you apply what you learn. You’ll also receive one additional guide to continue your growth beyond the program. The full program is $1,000, paid in advance, and includes all materials. Each session is about an hour, except for the first week, which runs approximately 90 minutes. Individual one-on-one coaching sessions are available for $200 per hour for clients who have completed the program or need extra support between sessions. If you’re not satisfied by week four, I offer a full refund.
